Ideally nested near Montmartre, this apartment is the ideal site of a typically Parisian stay. In the heart of the district made famous by the movie “Amélie Poulain”, any walk becomes a ballad. The “Sacred Coeur”, Abbesses street, Lepic street, Place du tertre, Moulin Rouge and the Saint-Pierre market are walk distance.

A very quiet street with however numerous restaurants and shops nearby.

This three floor apartment designed by the owner (an Architect), is set by half-levels around a spiral staircase, that makes it particulary charming.

It is located high ground and mezzanine floor of a very beautiful Haussmann building, secured by two magnetic entry system in a particularly charming street. It can provide accomodation for 2 in its main big bedroom, 1 in another little bedroom and 2 more in a sofa bed in the living room. Very generously equipped, nothing should miss in the to enjoy your stay there. Near the Subways stations “Abbesses” and “Lamarck”, and the line of the tourist red buses, even in front of a ” Vélib “station (very easy bike-sharing system) it is very simple to join all the places of interest of Paris.
Very well furnished in household electrical appliances, with a big screen LCD and a choice of DVD from thecinema enthusiast owner, this apartment recently proposed on this site (that’s why there are no reports yet, but we’ll do our best to deserve it) has brand new equipements.
